Phillip provides a range of excellent services from his location at the Romsey pharmacy. While Phillip is most well-known for his skill as a remedial therapist he takes appointments for various other massage techniques.

General Services include: 

Remedial Massage

Phillip focuses on providing a systematic assessment and treatment of your muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body to assist in an individualised rehabilitation, pain and injury management plan.

Sports Massage

Phillip uses sports massage to enhance athletic performance and recovery. There are three contexts in which sports massage can be beneficial to any athlete: pre-event, post-event, and injury treatment.

Relaxation Massage

Phillip uses a slower paced massage that uses smooth, gliding strokes to help you relax, ensuring that you are able to forget your cares and woes for a while.

Pregnancy Massage

This massage therapy is used to support the physiologic, structural, and emotional well-being of both mother and foetus.

Muscle Energy Technique – MET

This therapy uses the gentle muscle contractions of the client to relax and lengthen muscles and normalise joint motion to its’ natural range of movement.

Dry Needling Treatment

Phillip uses acupuncture needles in this therapy to ease muscle pain.

Bowen Therapy

Using his thumbs and fingers on precise points of the body Phillip uses Bowen’s unique sets of rolling-type moves to stimulate the muscles and soft tissue of the body. All therapy sessions begin with an assessment and consultation to determine the best treatment method for you.
